Walter Cornwall was in the 51st Graduation Battalion of the Highland Light Infantry, he signed his will leaving everyting to his mother Jane on 20th June,1918 at Thetford in England. Sadly five short weeks later he woul die of hi wounds serving with the 1/5th KOSB on 30th July,1918.
